Completion: 2005

Boulder Venture administered the design and construction of a new 61,000 square foot, build-to-suit grocery store within a well-established shopping center. The project scope included negotiation of a subordinated ground lease with the property owner, with Boulder Venture acting as a conduit for the build-to-suit lease with Pick 'N Save. Demolition of an older Pick 'n Save, located on the same pad as the newly built store, was required.
