Boulder Venture successfully managed the design and construction of this Wal-mart store which is part of a 56 acre development located on the site of the former Capitol Court shopping mall. Eighteen months of complex demolition, remediation and site infrastructure work took place before work could start on this 148,000 square foot store. |
